Gold 6-Session Package
Now that you feel good, we need to keep that going! Stay accountable and check-in every 4-6 weeks to maintain your amazing results!
$297 per month, for 6 months. Purchase 6 months upfront for $1350.
Six Check-In Sessions
We'll schedule a 45-minute session every 4-6 weeks to keep you on track and troubleshoot any challenges that may come up. All sessions expire after 12 months.
Direct Continued Support
You are still able to contact me in between sessions to answer all your questions and concerns. Email, phone or text!

We are constantly changing and evolving to the stressors that life throws at us. That means your meals and supplements may need tweaking from time to time. By keeping your regime up to date with your needs, you'll continue to feel your best.

Feeling pretty confident with your new lifestyle but you'd still like some accountability to keep you on track?
With the Silver package you get a total of 3 sessions with email and text support in between sessions.
$297 per month, for 3 months. Pay for 3 months upfront for $750.
Three Check-in Sessions
We'll schedule you for a total of 3 individual 45-minute sessions every 4-6 weeks to check-in and make updates to your meals & supplements. All sessions expire after 12 months.
